Wealth should be built together.
Most investing tools assume one person, one account, one view. But money moves through households, friendships and small groups long before it reaches a fund. A shared book means a group can pool capital and still see, precisely, who put in what and what it became.
Attention is the finite resource.
Not capital, not information — attention. Nobody has the hours to independently research every asset they hold. A group that shares one set of numbers spreads that cost across its members, and everybody ends up better informed than they would have been alone.
Investing should be for everyone.
The tooling gap is real: institutions get consolidated reporting, everyone else gets a spreadsheet that quietly drifts out of date. Small groups deserve the same clarity about what they own, without a minimum, a gatekeeper, or a sales call.

The thinking here owes a lot to the DAOpunk ethos — the idea that the people using a system should be the ones shaping it, that coordination beats hierarchy, and that better tools are how a group escapes depending on someone else’s terms. Record cash manually, pay by card, send an e-Transfer, or send crypto to a team wallet. The last two auto-credit on a verified webhook; admins approve anything that needs a human.
